Deposits
A deposit “booking fee” is required to make an appointment-the balance is due the day of service.
All Deposits are non-refundable and only transferrable according to “Re-Schedule Policy”
If client needs to reschedule, it will need to be done 48 hours prior to existing appointment in order to transfer the deposit.
If re-schedule is made less than 48 hours prior to appointment a new deposit will be required.
Only 2 re-schedules are allowed - after that a new deposit will be required.
Re-Schedule
No-Shows and cancellations less than 48 hours will be charged 50% of the service. No-shows and cancellations less than 48 hours will require a new deposit to reschedule a new appointment. No exceptions.
No-shows will not be able to reschedule or book a new appointment.
No-Show/Cancellation
Late Policy
If client arrives more than 15 minutes late or does not show up, appointments will be cancelled, no refund will be given. A new deposit will be required to reschedule.
Anyone who is more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show.
Studio
No Guests are allowed in the studio.
Exception: Clients who need a translator and clients who have disabilities.
